Born from late-night sessions and broken code. chtcderror404 is an independent artist creating raw, unfiltered music from the underground — blending lo-fi hip-hop, experimental beats, and digital soul into something that doesn't fit any algorithm.
The Sound
Drums sampled from dusty '74 funk B-sides, chopped and flipped on an MPC. Vocals recorded one-take between 2 and 5 AM — no autotune, no safety net. Bass lines that rattle windows and synths that sound like dial-up modems from another dimension.
The Name
404 — page not found. The internet's way of saying "this doesn't exist." That's the point. chtcderror404 exists in the spaces between genres, between mainstream and underground, between what the algorithm serves you and what you actually need to hear.
The Visuals
Every cover, every poster, every merch drop is designed in-house. No outsourcing. The art is part of the music — glitchy, raw, and unapologetically digital. If it looks like it came from a broken screen, that's intentional.
The Mission
